Surprise Marriage Proposal at Nashville International Airport (BNA) — the “limo driver” method
My girlfriend Stephanie was coming home to Nashville after a trip to Paris, and so I decided to surprise her by dressing up as her “limo driver” and proposing with a big sign and roses. I drafted an innocent bystander (and his wife) to tape it for me on my digital camera — he (and she) did amazing work! Well done, anonymous camera-crew! I wish I had gotten your names. Thanks also to my backpacking buds (my bro, my sis, and Noel) for helping me plan all this! I think the basic idea (the “limo driver”) came from my bro, Scott (all hail Him with Big Ideas). Home ab workout: crunch exercise for 6-pack abs

This video clip shows how to do crunches with varying degrees of difficulty based on your ability. Remember that ab exercises alone will not give you abs! If you have the best abs in the world they will be completely invisible if you are overweight. Aerobic exercise and proper diet are even more important than ab exercises in getting that sought after 6-pack. Form is very important in crunches, many people do them incorrectly and end up working out their neck or hips more than their abs. Use slow movements and only use the abs. Concentrate on trying to raise your shoulders straight up towards the ceiling. Don’t worry about how many reps you do but focus on using perfect form. No whipping the head around or flapping your arms! This is not a sit-up either, the hips are stationary. Also important is to minimize any tension in the neck, I do this by very lightly supporting my head with my hands or the weight plate The main reason to workout abs is because strong abs stabilize your lower back and shield you from injury but as a side benefit a 6-pack looks great! 16 year old builds tiny home to guarantee mortgage-free future
Austin Hay is still in high school, but he’s building his own house. It’s only 130 square feet, but it makes him a homeowner without a mortgage at just 16 years old. Right now, it’s parked in his parents’ backyard, but he’s built it on wheels so he plans to take it to college and then wherever he goes after he graduates. He’s been sleeping in his tiny home for a few months now and he’s already decided not to return to big (his parents’ home is 1800 square feet). “Living small means less bills, living big means more bills,” he explained from the tiny stoop of his new home. “I don’t want to pay big bills”. Hay’s 130-square-foot home may make him the youngest member of the growing Small House Movement. Hay expects to spend about 000 building his home (the used trailer cost him 00) and he’s paying for it working two summer jobs (at a camp and at a park snack bar). He’s cut his costs in half (the home’s estimated DIY price is 000) though this is a considerable discount from the home’s estimated price of 000 because Hay has scavenged everything from doors, windows and flooring to the kitchen sink (the hardwood floors were at a salvage yard and so was the stainless steel sink). I wrote this song for my beautiful bride when she was away for the weekend. Although she was only gone for a short time, I felt myself missing her so much and I know that this song will connect with many relationships in all different circumstances.
